This October, LEMP Foundation is embarking on the TOUCH and TELL OUTREACH in Asutuare and its surrounding towns:
Tokpo 1, Tokpo 2, Adakope, Agbokotseko, and Klinamkope to provide free healthcare and education for hundreds of community members.
Many families in these areas face barriers to basic healthcare, leaving preventable diseases undetected until it’s too late. Our outreach will offer essential screenings including:
- Breast Cancer
- Diabetes
- Antenatal Care
- Hypertension
- Hepatitis B
- Typhoid
- Malaria
By focusing on these conditions, we aim to create awareness, encourage early detection, and give people the knowledge and support they need to live healthier lives.
