This October, LEMP Foundation is embarking on a life-changing mission — the TOUCH and TELL OUTREACH — to bring free healthcare and education to communities in Asutuare and surrounding towns: Tokpo 1, Tokpo 2, Adakope, Agbokotseko, and Klinamkope.
For many families in these areas, basic healthcare remains out of reach. Preventable diseases often go undetected until it’s too late, leaving households vulnerable and burdened. That’s why this outreach is so critical.
What We’re Doing
Our team of medical professionals and volunteers will provide free health screenings, education, and support for hundreds of community members. Screenings will include:
- Breast Cancer
- Diabetes
- Antenatal Care
- Hypertension
- Hepatitis B
- Typhoid
- Malaria
By focusing on these conditions, we aim to:
- Raise awareness
- Encourage early detection
- Empower families with the knowledge to lead healthier lives
